1. Who we are

These Terms of Use govern access to the website and digital channels of Exponencial Management & Technology, located at SCRN 712/13 block B store 28, Asa Norte, Brasília — DF, Brazil. By using the website, submitting forms, requesting contact or accessing the administrative platform, you agree to these conditions.

2. Website and service scope

The website presents institutional information, service categories, products, content, contact forms and booking resources. Published information is informational and commercial in nature. Proposals, scopes, deadlines, prices and specific conditions depend on formal confirmation between the parties.

3. Administrative platform

The /adm area is restricted to people authorized by Exponencial to manage contacts, leads, categories, products and schedules. Access may use Google login and Google Calendar integration to check availability, create events and organize appointments. Unauthorized accounts may be denied access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website, forms or platform to:

• submit false, illegal, offensive or abusive information, or information that violates third-party rights;
• attempt to access areas, data, systems or accounts without authorization;
• interfere with the operation of the website, APIs, infrastructure, calendar or security controls;
• perform spam, abusive automation, improper reverse engineering or unauthorized data collection.

5. Personal data and LGPD

Personal data is processed in accordance with Brazil's Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and is detailed in our Privacy Policy. In summary, data is used to respond to contacts, record interests, operate bookings, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations and improve the experience. We do not sell personal data.

6. Third-party integrations

The website and platform may use providers such as Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services and Google for hosting, security, analytics, authentication and calendar functionality. These integrations are used according to granted permissions, operational need and applicable privacy policies.

When Rota Nacional is used as Exponencial's or a client organization's central AI router, the Rota Nacional Terms of Use also apply, including Google authentication, API keys, privacy guardrails and encrypted legal audit retention.

7. Intellectual property

Text, trademarks, visual identity, pages, images, content organization, code and other materials on the website belong to Exponencial or are used under appropriate license. Reproduction, distribution or adaptation of these materials is prohibited without authorization, except when allowed by law or by an express license from the relevant owner.

8. Availability and changes

We seek to keep the website and forms available, but we do not guarantee continuous, failure-free or uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue pages, features, categories, products and integrations for maintenance, security, service evolution or operational need.

9. Responsibilities

Exponencial is responsible for contracted services within the limits defined in a proposal, contract or equivalent instrument. Use of the website does not automatically create a contractual relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, temporary unavailability or misuse of information provided by the user.

10. External links

The website may contain links to social networks, WhatsApp, Google, clients, partners or other third parties. These environments have their own terms and policies. Exponencial does not control and is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of external websites.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational or product changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the revision date visible below.
