He served as National Control Coordinator at Lojas Americanas, working across more than 1,400 stores, 3 distribution centers and operational integration during Blockbuster's acquisition in Brazil.

At CRA-DF, he took part in technical committees and led the ISO 9001:2015 implementation with no findings from the certifier, reinforcing a career focused on quality, governance and continuous improvement.
